• Scheduling Window: To successfully find an available, qualified cleaner and arrange travel, we require a minimum 3-hour window from the time you book until the service can begin. This allows us the necessary time to match your needs with our available team members.

• Urgency Charge: Due to the complexity of adjusting our daily schedule and securing immediate availability, Same Day Service bookings incur an additional charge. There will be an additional fee of 25% added to the standard cost of your cleaning service. This ensures we can compensate our cleaners for their flexibility and urgent response.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At EL Cleaning, we reserve a specific time slot for every client to ensure the highest hospitality standards. When a cancellation occurs at the last minute, it impacts our team and prevents other clients from receiving service.

Our Policy:

• More than 24 hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment freely.

• Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the service total.

• Unable to Access (Lock-outs): If our team arrives and cannot access the property (e.g., no key provided, building security denies entry), the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and charged at 100%.
